The Website is provided for informational, marketing, scheduling, enrollment, and administrative purposes related to firearms training, instruction, courses, events, and associated services offered by Sovereign Response LLC.

The Website does not provide legal, medical, or firearms eligibility advice, and nothing contained on the Website constitutes a guarantee of safety, training outcomes, certification, or suitability for any purpose.

 


 

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the Website only if you: - Are at least eighteen (18) years of age; - Are legally permitted to possess firearms and ammunition under applicable federal, state, and local law; and - Use the Website solely for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of Sovereign Response LLC or any third party.

 


 

3. Relationship to Training Agreements and Multi-State Operations

Use of the Website does not replace, modify, or supersede any training-related agreement, waiver, release, or acknowledgment required for participation in firearms training activities.

Sovereign Response LLC conducts training in multiple states and may expand operations to additional jurisdictions. Participation in any course, event, or training activity is subject to state-specific and course-specific agreements, waivers, disclosures, and legal requirements applicable to the jurisdiction in which the training is conducted.

Participation in any course, event, or training activity offered by Sovereign Response LLC is conditioned upon execution of legally binding documents, which may include, without limitation: - Assumption of Risk & Informed Consent - Firearms Training Release and Waiver of Liability - Release of Liability for Negligence (where permitted by law) - Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement - Equipment & Ammunition Responsibility Waiver - Medical Disclosure & Emergency Treatment Authorization - Participant Conduct & Safety Rules Acknowledgment - Property Damage Waiver - Media Release & Likeness Waiver - Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, the provisions most protective of Sovereign Response LLC shall control, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

 


 

4. High-Risk Training, Tactical Courses, and Assumption of Risk

Use of the Website alone does not constitute participation in firearms training. However, you expressly acknowledge that many courses offered by Sovereign Response LLC involve high-risk, physically demanding, and dynamic tactical training environments.

Such courses may include, without limitation: - Defensive and tactical firearms instruction; - Close-quarters battle (CQB) or force-on-force training; - Movement-based and stress-inducing drills; - Low-light or no-light training; - Training involving barricades, vehicles, unconventional shooting positions, or elevated physical exertion; - Training utilizing advanced firearms platforms or specialized equipment.

Participation in these courses carries a heightened risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, property damage, or death, and is governed exclusively by separate written agreements executed prior to training. No information provided on the Website reduces, limits, or alters those risks.

 


 

5. Intellectual Property and Tactical Confidentiality

All Website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, photographs, instructional descriptions, course structures, tactical concepts, methodologies, drills, and downloadable materials (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Sovereign Response LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Certain Content reflects proprietary tactical methodologies and safety systems intended solely for enrolled participants under controlled conditions. You may not: - Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Website Content; - Record, scrape, mirror, archive, or disseminate Content; - Use Content to replicate, reverse-engineer, or instruct others in firearms or tactical training; - Publish or share course descriptions or methodologies in a manner that reveals non-public training practices; without prior written authorization from Sovereign Response LLC.

 


 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the Website for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes; - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Website systems; - Upload malicious code or interfere with Website functionality; - Misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or legal status; - Use Website materials to replicate or reverse-engineer training methodologies.

Training may occur at facilities not owned or operated by Sovereign Response LLC, including private ranges, public ranges, or temporary training locations. Participation may require additional facility-specific waivers or compliance with local rules.

Your use of third-party services or facilities is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

 


 

8. Payments, Scheduling, Cancellations, and Course Modifications

All pricing, deposits, refunds, cancellations, substitutions, and rescheduling policies are governed by the specific terms disclosed at the time of booking or enrollment and may vary by course, instructor, state, or host facility.

Sovereign Response LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: - Modify course content, risk profile, or training methodology; - Substitute instructors; - Change training locations or states; - Cancel or terminate courses for safety, legal, weather, instructor, or operational reasons; - Remove participants who fail to meet safety, legal, or conduct requirements.

Such actions do not create liability or entitlement to refunds except as expressly stated in writing.

 


 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVEREIGN RESPONSE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

This obligation applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which training occurs, except where prohibited by law.

 


 

12. Privacy

Use of the Website is subject to Sovereign Response LLC’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

 


 

13. Governing Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, for training conducted outside Colorado, Sovereign Response LLC reserves the right to designate state-specific governing law and venue within the applicable training agreements, waivers, or disclosures executed by participants.

Any Website-related dispute shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Colorado.

 


 

14. Modifications and Course-Specific Terms

Sovereign Response LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Course-specific terms, state-specific disclosures, and risk acknowledgments may be imposed in addition to these Terms and shall control with respect to participation in training activities.

 


 

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
