At Sovereign Response, each holster is handcrafted and made-to-order to your specifications.

Because these are custom items, our return policy is different from standard products.

Custom Orders Are Final: Once production begins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect selections.

Check Your Firearm Model: Ensure you select the correct firearm model and options. If unsure, please contact us at info@sovereignresponse.com before ordering.

Defects or Workmanship Issues: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for repair or replacement.

Warranty: Covers defects in craftsmanship. Does not cover normal wear, misuse, or modifications. Warranty does not carry over to anyone else besides the original owner.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After this window, cancellations aren’t possible.

Shipping: Customer pays return shipping for defect claims. Confirmed defects will be repaired/replaced with free return shipping.
